We design and build interiors for offices and commercial spaces. That includes space planning,
partitions, ceilings, lighting, finishes, and coordination with MEP/AC and other services.

Yes. You can hire us just for design, just for fit-out, or for a full turnkey solution where we handle design,
approvals, materials, construction and handover

Mostly corporate offices, showrooms, reception areas, meeting rooms and other commercial interiors. If
you’re unsure whether your space fits, send us a floor plan and we’ll tell you straight.

Our main base is Dubai. We also have experience in Pakistan and parts of Southeast Asia. For projects
outside these areas, we review case by case.

It depends on size and scope, but most standard offices take around 8–16 weeks from site possession to
completion. After the first meeting and site visit, we’ll give you a realistic timeline in writing

Yes. We can phase the work, use night shifts or weekends, and close off only certain areas at a time to
reduce disruption.
